90cf1aab92 chore(httpmw): promote to v1.0.2 — bump logz to v1.0.1, go 1.26 
Bump logz dependency from v0.9.0 to v1.0.1 and update go directive from
1.25 to 1.26. API committed as stable; no code changes.

32831d5a06 docs(httpmw): correct tier from 3 to 2 and fix logz tier ref 
httpmw only depends on logz (Tier 1), placing it at Tier 2.
The previous docs incorrectly stated both the module tier (3) and
the logz tier (0).

Document all four middleware functions (Recover, RequestID, RequestLogger, CORS),
the Logger interface, StatusRecorder, recommended middleware order, and install
instructions.

ad2a9e465e feat(httpmw): initial stable release v0.9.0 
Standalone net/http middleware for panic recovery, CORS, request ID injection, and request logging.

What's included:
- Recover(): panic -> 500, captures debug.Stack, no logger required
- CORS(origins): OPTIONS 204 preflight, origin allowlist, package-wide method/header constants
- RequestID(generator): injects ID via logz.WithRequestID, sets X-Request-ID response header
- RequestLogger(logger): logs method/path/status/latency/request_id; Error for 5xx, Info otherwise
- Logger interface: Info, Error, With — duck-typed; satisfied by logz.Logger
- StatusRecorder: exported http.ResponseWriter wrapper that captures written status code
- Direct logz import for context helpers (documented exception to ADR-001)

Tested-via: todo-api POC integration
